The short version
This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no login, no database and no forms that submit to us. We do not set cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information.
What this site collects
Nothing you type. There is no contact form and no search box on this site. The only way to reach us from here is by email or by following a link to our booking and gallery partner.
The site is served from Amazon Web Services. Like any web host, AWS records standard technical request data — IP address, timestamp, requested file, browser user-agent — in server logs used for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
Analytics
This site runs no analytics and no tracking scripts of any kind.
If you email hello@zorya.gallery, we keep that message and your address so we can reply and, if you book, deliver your work. We keep enquiry email only as long as it is useful for that purpose.
Booking and client galleries
Booking, contracts, deposits and client galleries are handled by our booking partner on a separate subdomain. When you follow one of those links you leave this website and their privacy policy and terms apply. Payment card details are entered on their systems and are never received, processed or stored by this website.
Photographs
Images shown in the portfolio are published with the subject's agreement where the images identify a person. If you are pictured here and want an image removed, email us and we will take it down.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@zorya.gallery and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
